Little Lauren is ADORABLE!! She is so much fun and I can't help but smile when I am around her. We did pictures with the whole family and I will post more later, but I thought little Lauren deserved her time in the spotlight.
Second Shooter

When I hear the terminology "second shooter" I think that the police will be showing up any minute and have a lot of questions. However, a second shooter is another photographer that can capture the images of either an event or wedding. I did a family portrait setting yesterday with the help of the incredibly talented Bailey Willcox.
Yes, based on the last name it is fairly obvious that we are relatives and maybe from my words you can tell that she is my best friend but what needs to be know is how AWESOME of a photographer she is. While taking pictures of the Miller family she was able to capture images that are both breath taking and emotion filled.
She is living in Washington DC and she is starting her business. If you are going to be in DC and you would like to have her take your pictures, let me know and I will put you in contact with her. She is talented and a joy to be around.

They had only been engaged for a little over 48 hours at the time of the shoot and the passion was definitely in the air.
Erika just got back from being in Africa for 2 years with the Peace Corps and Tom is an amazing climber, skier and overall adventurer. Sparks have flow between these two and obviously a fire has been lit.
While we were at the beach taking pictures they was definitely an audience of onlookers. One guy, on the pier, went so far as to cheer them on. It was a ton of fun and I was giggling the whole time.
